Participants will develop their own vision boards and learn to differentiate between solid research based information and information provided for commercial gain. Participants will develop an understanding of financial management concepts and will be able to relate these concepts to their own financial goal.

March 26th - Couch Potato, taught by Liz Kingsland, Fayette County FCS Agent.  The Couch Potato Challenge is a 12 week walking challenge that is based on the National Heart, Lung, and Blood Institute’s walking plan. April 23rd - Creating Family Traditions, taught by Benita Peoples, Nicholas County FCS Agent.  Building a strong family takes time and effort.
