Estill County 4-H age youth are participating in our virtual Photo Friday. Every week a different state fair photography category is posted to our 4-H page for our youth to participate in. Photos are then put into a slide show. Some photos will appear in a 2022 Estill 4-H Photography calendar.

Week 3 had 2 different photography categories to enter. Addilyn Leach took this photo of her grandfather playing his mandolin for the music category.

Still Life was the second category for week 3. Ellory Leach took this photo of her grandfathers mandolin and song book.

During week 4 of Photo Friday Estill 4-H youth were to take photos of Native Plants and Insects. We had some awesome submissions. This photo was submitted by Aubree Sparks and is a close up of a Praying Mantis.

4-H member, Jazmyn Stevenson submitted this photo which shows a number of different Native Plants found on her family farm.

Week 5 had our local youth out and about trying to get photos of a natural scene. Kenlee Horn submitted this photo of a mushroom she found at Old Landing.
