Hello,
I hope everyone is having a great summer and keeping safe from the heat.
We had a great Homemaker trip to Newport, where we ate at Hofbrauhaus a German restaurant, walked on the waterfront, and went to the Newport Aquarium. We will be taking a trip to the Kentucky State Fair on August 19th. It is senior day so everyone 55 and up get in free. Call the office to sign-up since space will be limited. October 12-15 is Homemaker kick-off week. The theme this year is “Discover KEHA—A Hidden Treasure”. Homemaker meetings will be starting back in September. If you would like to learn more about Estill County Extension Homemakers contact me. Sign-ups for the new year will start soon.
